FW1 Cleaning Wax delivers to anywhere in Australia ONLY

• All orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $14.95* **UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED WITH A FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION.
• Delivery times range from 7-12 days for metro areas and up to 21 days for rural/regional areas. These are the delivery time estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
• Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or left at a Post office*
• Unless requested, all orders will be delivered without a signature to houses only. If you live in an apartment we will need you to use a delivery address where the stock can be safely delivered to and left if no one is there. 
  • Authority to Leave – “I hereby authorise FW1 Australia to leave freight at my delivery address. I indemnify FW1 Australia and its Courier Agent against any claim for loss and / or damage relating to any freight item left, as authorised by myself.”

* FW1 Cleaning Wax is classified as an aerosol  product and quantities cannot be shipped by normal postal services. All of our shipping is couriered by certified providers under the Dangerous Goods Code (DG).
** Typical DG surcharges can be expensive and dependent upon delivery location, but we don’t want this to put you off. So we are picking up some of the costs by only charging the above rates.
